I am currently entering my 12th year of teaching. I have 10 years of teaching experience at the middle school level in both math and English/Language Arts. I started my teaching career as a full time substitute in Weakly County Schools. I then spent 8 years as a middle school math teacher at Henry Elementary in the Henry County School District. I returned to Weakly County Schools teaching 7th grade math and 8th grade Reading/Language Arts. This is my fourth year with Milan Special School District and I am looking forward to an exciting year.

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Jason, who works for Coach Quarters Entertainment. I have 2 daughters and a son. Danialle, age 24, is entering  her third year  as a CDC teacher at Obion County Central. Braxton, age 20, works for John Deere in Mississippi. Gracie, age 11, just loves being a typical little girl and plans on becoming a teacher too!! They are the loves of my life. My husband and I enjoy riding motorcycles and spending time together with our family. I enjoy hunting, fishing, reading, quilting and cross-stitching in my spare time.
